- Once I have confirmed the order with you, payment will need to be made via one of the methods listed below.
- For all items that are to be sent via the post, please ensure that you include your Email, Full name, Full address inc postcode, what you are looking to purchase and your chosen method of delivery (UK or overseas) so that your item can be dispatched in a timely manner.

Packaging and delivery information
- All items will be wrapped in plain packaging for your utmost discretion.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you once your item has been dispatched.
- For all deliveries, you will be advised of the items barcode/ reference number/ tracking number.
- All UK items are dispatched using Royal Mail Signed for 1st class. This is not a tracked service but you can check proof of delivery and receipt at www.royalmail.com or by calling 03459 272100 quoting the reference number.
- International Items will be dispatched using Royal Mail Signed for 1st class or International track and sign.
- Royal mail UK signature services aim to deliver to deliver next working day, including Saturdays
- Royal Mail Europe and international Signature services aim to deliver to Western Europe within 2-5 working days, Eastern Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days.
- Please keep in mind that delivery times cannot be guaranteed as they are only guidelines. Deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday or on Bank Holidays
- Whilst every care is taken to ensure items are packed securely, I hold no responsibility for lost or damaged items in transit.
