How to arrange your appointment

 

Location and journey time

  • Kent, ME4
  • Nearest mainline station is Chatham
  • Approximate journey times from London to Chatham (direct trains): 40 mins on the HS1 from London ST Pancras international/ 45 mins from London Cannon Street and London Victoria/ 1 hr 15 from London Bridge.
  • Parking is available on a nearby street within a 3 min walk from the location. An address will be given when the booking has been confirmed and when you receive the text confirmation reminder.

 

Monday- Friday Availability

  • Mon/Friday 2PM - 5PM ( See below for Weekend and public holidays)
  •  Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 8AM- 5PM
  • All bookings are on an appointment basis only to ensure complete privacy and discretion and are are subject to availability
  • It is best to book in advance to avoid disappointment as I do not operate a " revolving door" policy
  • A combination of pre-bookable and some on-the-day appointments are available
  • On-the-day appointments will require a minimum of 3 hours notice
  • The last appointment of the day is taken at 5pm
  • Emails / booking forms are only checked between the hours of 10am and 6pm Mon to Friday ( Exc public holidays)

 

Weekend/ public holiday/ out of hours availability

  • Weekend/ Public holidays and out of hours appointment requirements will be subject to availability
  • Weekend /out of hours bookings will be charged at time and half rate
  • Public holiday bookings will be charged at double rate
  • Emails / booking forms are only checked  between the hours of 10am and 6pm Mon to Friday ( Exc public holidays)

 

How to make your booking

  • Please email me  or  fill in the booking form below to enquire about availability
  • If you are filling out the booking form please ensure that you fill it out fully providing as much info as possible. All fields must be fillled out with correct data
  • Please note, I have a “3-email-maximum” policy in which if the deposit has not been paid after I have already communicated all information within 3 emails, a £50 admin fee will be incurred for each consecutive reply.
  • Once a time, date and availability has been confirmed by me, a 50% part payment will be required to secure and confirm the booking. See table below for payment methods accepted
  • Please note that no booking is held, pencilled in, or provionally scheduled until part payment is paid.
  • Please don't forget to add a reference name so that I know who the payment has come from.
  • Once the part payment has been received I will schedule the booking and confirm the booking with you.
  • 24 hours before your appointment, You will receive an email/text confirmation reminder of your appointment with all the relevant information such as location and contact details.
  • All appointments MUST be confirmed, via text /email. If you do not confirm, I will take that as confirmation of you not keeping your appointment and the appointment will be cancelled and the 50% part payment will be retained.

Cancellation policy for all bookings

  • Clients wishing to change/ cancel an appointment are requested to give a minimum of 48 hours notice. during working hours.
  • If the appointment is cancelled prior to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the part payment will be retained and you will have  the opportunity to reschedule the appointment with me within 7 days  of cancellation.
  • If cancelled inside the 48 hours prior to appointment, the part payment will be retained as a cancellation fee.
  • For bookings that have been made more than 7 days in advance, If cancelled with more than 7 days notice prior to scheduled appointment, 80% of the part payment will be refunded less fees. This applies to the 1st booking only. If the appointment is re-booked and cancelled again, then the part payment will become non-refundable.
  • Missed appointments without notification cannot be rescheduled.
  • Short notice cancellations and No shows will be charged the full price of the session. This will need to be paid before scheduling your next appointment which will also need to be prepaid in full.
  • If for whatever reason I have to cancel your appointment, I will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and any payments made will be refunded ASAP.
  • Arriving late will simply shorten your session time, thus limiting your pleasure. Your session will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed and the full value of your session will be applied.
  • For appointments of  15/30 mins you will need to be on time.  If for a 15/30 min session you are 15/30 mins late, you will be not be seen and will be charged the full price of the session. This will need to be paid before scheduling your next appointment which will also need to be prepaid in full.
